This Privacy Policy explains how Ursa Games LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Swarmbreaker (the "Game"), including versions distributed through Google Play testing tracks. It also explains how to contact us about your information.

1. Information processed by the Game

Game data stored on your device

The Game stores progress, settings, a randomly generated player identifier, and gameplay logs on your device. This information helps the Game remember your progress and settings and helps us investigate problems. Some gameplay information is also transmitted for analytics as described below.

You do not need to create an account with Ursa Games LLC to play. The randomly generated player identifier is not your name or email address, but it allows events from the same installation to be associated with one another. We therefore do not describe this information as completely anonymous.

Analytics and crash information

The Game uses AppMetrica, a Yandex service, to understand how the Game is used and to investigate crashes. The Game and the AppMetrica SDK process:

- Identifiers: the Game's randomly generated player ID, session and run identifiers, SDK-generated device or installation identifiers, and an Android advertising identifier when available under your device settings.

- Gameplay activity: session starts and endings; run results and duration; player deaths and revivals; equipment, loot and upgrade choices; pauses; and encounters with enemies and bosses. References to injuries or health in these events describe fictional game characters, not your medical information.

- Device and application information: device model, operating system, platform, Game version, screen characteristics, and technical information needed to describe the application environment.

- Crash and diagnostic information: error reports, stack traces, and associated device and application state, which can include battery information.

- Network and installation information: IP address, information about the connection, and available installation-source information. AppMetrica can infer a general location, such as a country or region, from an IP address.

The Game disables AppMetrica's device-location tracking and does not request GPS location permission. This does not prevent the service from receiving an IP address when the Game connects to it.

In the current version, analytics and crash reporting start automatically when the Game starts. There is currently no in-game switch to disable this reporting. Changing an advertising-ID setting does not disable all analytics or remove other identifiers.

Information you choose to send us

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide, such as screenshots, a player ID, or a description of a bug. Please send only information relevant to your request.

The Game does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera, or personal photo library. The current version does not include in-app advertising or in-app purchases.

2. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

- operate the Game and preserve local progress and preferences;

- understand gameplay, balance difficulty, and improve controls and features;

- measure installations and usage across Game versions;

- diagnose errors and improve stability and compatibility;

- respond to support and privacy requests; and

- meet applicable legal obligations and handle disputes when necessary.

We use the AppMetrica integration for analytics and diagnostics. We do not use it to display advertisements in the current version of the Game.

3. Who receives information

AppMetrica / Yandex. Analytics and diagnostic information is sent from the Game to AppMetrica. We can access the resulting analytics through the service. Yandex handles information under its applicable service terms and privacy practices. For details, see the Yandex Privacy Policy and AppMetrica's data-processing disclosures.

Email services. Messages you send to us are processed by the email services used to send, deliver, and store that correspondence.

Legal recipients. We may disclose information where required by applicable law or a valid legal request, or where necessary and lawful to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Google Play. Google separately processes information relating to your Google account, downloads, store activity, and participation in its testing services. Those activities are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Data retention

Local data remains on your device until it is replaced during normal use, you clear the Game's app data, or you uninstall the Game. Device or operating-system backups may retain copies according to your backup settings. Clearing local data may permanently remove your progress.

Analytics and crash records are retained to investigate defects, compare Game versions, and evaluate gameplay over time. The Game does not set an automatic server-side deletion deadline for AppMetrica records. Retention in that service is governed by its applicable procedures and terms, including the privacy policy linked above. Uninstalling the Game does not itself delete information already transmitted to AppMetrica.

Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve the request and relevant follow-up issues. Information may be retained longer where necessary to satisfy a legal obligation or handle a legal claim. When information under our control is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or remove its link to an identifiable person.

You can request deletion of information associated with you using the contact details below.

5. Your choices and privacy requests

You can clear local Game data through Android's app settings or uninstall the Game. To stop future transmissions from this installation, stop using or uninstall the Game. These actions do not automatically erase data already received by service providers.

Android may allow you to reset or delete your advertising identifier. The available controls depend on your Android version and device. These controls affect that identifier rather than all analytics collection.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

To make a request, email privacy@ursagames.ru with the subject "Swarmbreaker privacy request". If available, include the player ID displayed as "ID" in the Game's main menu and describe your request. Providing this ID before clearing app data can help us locate relevant records. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents with your initial request.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to locate the records and verify that the request concerns your data. We will explain any relevant limitations and handle requests within the period required by applicable law, including coordinating with service providers where necessary. A request does not require you to create an account with us.

6. Security and international processing

Local Game files are stored in the application's storage area on your device. According to AppMetrica's documentation, information sent through its SDK is encrypted in transit. No method of electronic storage or transmission provides an absolute security guarantee.

Service providers may process information outside your country of residence. Their locations and applicable transfer arrangements are described in their privacy notices and service terms. Contact us if you need information about the processing relevant to your request.

7. Children's privacy

The Game does not ask players to enter their age or date of birth. The automatically collected technical and gameplay information described in this policy can therefore be processed without us knowing a player's age.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that information about your child has been collected in circumstances that require parental consent or otherwise violate applicable law, contact privacy@ursagames.ru. We will investigate the request and take appropriate steps, including requesting deletion where required. Please include the Game's player ID if available, but do not include unnecessary information about your child.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Game or our data practices change. The revised policy will state its latest update date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for relevant changes.
